Exchange Policy

Bras: We happily offer exchanges on bras that are returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. If your size isn't quite right, we'll work with you to find your perfect fit.


To be eligible for exchange:

 

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags and packaging must be intact

  • Exchange request must be initiated within 14 days of delivery

  • Item must be free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, or other residues

Returns & Refunds

Due to the intimate nature of our products and in accordance with health and safety standards established during COVID-19, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on bras or panties.


We understand this policy is strict, and we don't take it lightly. Your health and the integrity of our products are our top priorities, which is why we cannot accept returns on intimate apparel that has left our facility.

Need Sizing Help? Contact us at social@sitriteinc.com or DM us on Instagram. We're happy to walk you through measurements and recommend the best size for your body.

Defective or Damaged Items

Quality matters to us. If your item arrives defective or damaged, we'll make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at social@sitriteinc.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the defect or damage

  • Brief description of the issue

 

We'll review your case promptly and work with you on a solution, which may include exchange or replacement.

How to Initiate an Exchange

  1. Email us at social@sitriteinc.com within 14 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number and the item you'd like to exchange

  3. We'll send you return instructions and a prepaid shipping label

  4. Ship your item back to us in its original condition

  5. Once received and inspected, we'll send your exchange size

Processing Time: Exchanges typically take 7-10 business days once we receive your return.
